Building and Leading Effective Teams: This Program is an introduction to leadership and Team building. It gives an introduction to the basic skills, knowledge, and understanding required by leaders and managers. It is designed for entrepreneurs to develop a wide range of management and leadership skills suitable for their role. The program also will introduce a model for developing a highly effective team. The program will also help the participants explore the essentials that team members and leaders need to understand for having a successful team.

Managing Innovation and Entrepreneurship: This program presents the basics every entrepreneur needs to understand and know to organize successful
technology-driven innovation. It introduces innovation-based strategies as a source of competitive advantage and then how to build organizations that excel at identifying, building and commercializing technological innovations. The participants will learn how the innovation process works; creating an organizational environment that rewards innovation and entrepreneurship; designing appropriate innovation processes; organizing to take advantage of internal and external sources of innovation; and structuring entrepreneurial and established organizations for effective innovation.

Entrepreneurial Finance: Entrepreneurs need to have some basic knowledge of finance to help them make better investment and financing decisions in entrepreneurial settings. This program introduces the entrepreneurs to the basic elements of entrepreneurial finance, focusing on technology-based start-up ventures and the early stages of company development. It covers all stages of the venture's life cycle from startup to exit, and delves into issues such as deal structures, incentives, business models and valuation.

Marketing for Entrepreneurs: This program presents key marketing concepts, methods, and strategic issues relevant for start-up and early-stage entrepreneurs. The program will help participants understand the major strategic constraints and issues that the entrepreneurs face; identify and evaluate marketing opportunities; identify the appropriate sales tools.
